Guests will receive a full refund if a booking is cancelled or changed up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and start time of the tour. Just contact us by text or phone to request a change to your booking before the 48 hour notice period. Bookings made less than 48 hours from the date and time of the tour are non-refundable.
Guests also have the option to purchase Tour Protection. Adding tour protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your tour, subject to availability, at any time for any reason up to 60 minutes prior to your tour check in time. You will be covered in the event of trip cancellation, travel interruptions or delays, illness, medical emergencies, and missed connections. You will be rescheduled or reimbursed for the full amount of your purchase, less the cost of trip protection and processing fees. If you do not add tour protection, our standard 48 hour cancellation policy will apply.
Additionally, a full refund will be given in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. We tour rain or shine unless there are thunderstorms in the area. No-shows, late arrivals and those not giving 48 hours notice of cancellation will be charged the full price.
