GECKO’S ISLAND ADVENTURES CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers will receive a full refund if a booking is cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled date and start time of the tour. Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We tour in the sun and the rain. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation before the 48 hour notice period. Tour date and/or time change requests must also be at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour date and time. No-shows, late arrivals and those not giving 48 hours notice of cancellation will be charged the full price. Bookings made less than 48 hours from the date and time of the tour are non-refundable.
